Whether as a quick snack for in between, in a burger or with salad. For a really juicy-crispy and above all delicious pleasure in the frozen maxi pack. And all without chicken, because our veggie nuggets are made from peas – completely without soy, palm fat and artificial flavors.

Ingredients

Water, breading (rice flour, water, starch, gram flour, maize flour, salt, dextrose, concentrate (paprika, carrot), rapeseed oil), rapeseed oil, 4 % textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), 4 % pea protein isolate, 3 % textured wheat protein (WHEAT PROTEIN, WHEAT FLOUR), WHEAT STRAW FIBRE, brandy vinegar, thickener: methylcellulose; salt, potato starch, 0,6 % WHEAT GLUTEN, cider vinegar, spices, gluten-free wholegrain OAT flour, psyllium husks, pea fibre, natural flavourings.

Preparation

Pan:
Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the frozen nuggets at medium heat for about 6-7 minutes from both sides and until the surface gets golden-brown.

Deep fryer:
Fry the frozen nuggets in a pre-heated deep fryer at 175 °C for about 5 minutes and until the surface gets golden-brown.

Hot air fryer:
Place the frozen nuggets inside the pre-heated air fryer, bake it at 195 °C for about 6-7 minutes and until the surface gets golden-brown.

Oven:
Place the frozen nuggets inside the pre-heated oven and bake them at 180 °C (recirculating air) for about 7-8 minutes and until the surface gets golden-brown.
