Ingredients
Water, 11% pea protein isolate, diced onions, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, 5 % WHEAT PROTEIN, 3 % textured WHEAT PROTEIN (WHEAT PROTEIN, WHEAT FLOUR), pea fibre, brandy vinegar, champignon powder, thickener: methyl cellulose; WHEAT GLUTEN, salt, colouring vegetable concentrate (carrot, beetroot, paprika, radish), spices, gluten-free wholegrain OAT flour, yeast extract, natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Preparation
Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the hack (e.g. formed as burger patty) at medium heat for about 6-7 minutes.
