Whether fried, baked or deep-fried - these protein-rich delicacies are not only a feast for the eyes, but also a delicious meat-free treat. Deliciously combined with potato salad or fries for your vegetarian or vegan cuisine. And all without soy, palm fat and artificial flavors!


Water, cornflakes breading (rice flour, water, starch, cornflakes, gram flour, maize flour, salt, rapeseed oil, dextrose), 6 % textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), rapeseed oil, 5 % pea protein isolate, brandy vinegar, thickener: methylcellulose; WHEAT STRAW FIBRE, salt, spices, potato starch, WHEAT GLUTEN, gluten-free wholegrain OAT flour, psyllium husks, vegetable powder (leek, onion, parsnip, white cabbage, garlic, carrot, tomato), pea fibre, dextrose, carrot juice concentrate powder (maltodextrin, carrot juice concentrate), natural flavourings.


Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the thawed schnitzel at medium heat for about 9-10 minutes from both sides until the surface gets golden-brown.

Hot air fryer:
Place the thawed schnitzel inside the pre-heated air fryer and bake it at 195 °C for about 8-9 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown.

Place the thawed schnitzel inside the pre-heated oven and bake it at 185 °C (recirculating air) for about 9-10 minutes until the surface gets golden-brown.
