Fry the gnocchi in a hot pan with some rapeseed oil until golden yellow.
Fry the endori veggie kebab coriander paprika in a pan with oil.
Add the vegetables to a pan bit by bit, starting with the carrots. After 3 minutes add the courgette, pepper and aubergine and after another 3 minutes add the onion. Season the vegetables, then add the endori veggie kebab coriander paprika and gnocchi.
Quickly blend the tinned tomatoes (there might be lumps). Strip the herbs from the stalks, chop, mix with the tomatoes and then add to the pan to cook. Season with salt and pepper and serve with rocket salad.
